Our Story
For more than two decades, I was deeply rooted in the fitness community as a Certified Master Personal Trainer and fitness instructor here in Union County. From 2004 to 2024, I had the privilege of working in nearly every facility in town, helping individuals improve their health, build confidence, and reach their fitness goals.
Over the years, I began to notice a troubling pattern—one that stayed with me. Far too many people were being held back by a significant financial barrier. Whether it was the cost of a gym membership, personal training, or group fitness classes, many in our community simply could not afford the resources needed to prioritize their health. I met countless individuals with the desire to improve their well‑being but without the means to access support. It broke my heart.
I knew there had to be a better way.
That realization sparked the creation of The Angel Project, Inc.—a nonprofit built on the belief that every person deserves access to the tools that support physical, mental, and emotional well‑being, regardless of their financial situation.
Our Mission
The Angel Project exists to remove the financial barriers that prevent individuals from pursuing recovery, wellness, and self‑empowerment. Our mission is simple yet powerful:
to provide accessible resources, compassionate support, and inclusive education that help community members lead healthier, more fulfilled lives.
We offer a range of services tailored to each individual’s needs, including:

The Angel Project is a place where community members can come together, find encouragement, and pursue wellness—without the weight of financial strain.
